Berry Fowler

Berry Fowler is an educator, entrepreneur and business development expert. During his career he has helped over 10,000 individuals to start and grow their businesses.

 

Berry, a former classroom teacher, founded Sylvan® Learning Centers in 1979 which he grew from a concept to the nation’s most respected provider of supplemental education to school-age children. Berry’s educational and business development systems enabled Sylvan to help over 4,000,000 students to succeed.

​In 1992, Berry acquired The Little Gym a child development company with 2 locations in the Pacific Northwest and created The Little Gym® International Inc. Since then, the company has grown to over 300 franchises operating in 28 countries.

Both Sylvan and The Little Gym have been ranked among the Top 100 Best Franchise Companies in the World by Entrepreneur Magazine.

​In 2008, Berry founded a coach training company that quickly became the world’s leader in providing life coach training and certification online. Since then, Berry and his team have trained and certified over 10,000 successful graduates worldwide. Now, through the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching, Berry is continuing to set the standard in life coach training by providing his students with the next generation in professional coaching curriculum, more life coaching tools than ever before and expanded support to his graduates.

In 2012, Berry created the Fowler School of Business and Executive Coaching to offer Business and Executive Coach training and certification to experienced individuals interested in earning their Certified Professional Business Coaching credentials.

Berry is the author of Return from Krypton: Rational Steps to Entrepreneurial Success, a book he wrote specifically for small business owners and fledgling entrepreneurs. He is an in-demand business and keynote speaker and Master Business Coach.
